1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the KinzWin App/website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with Federal Decree E-Commerce Law No (14) of 2023 on Trading by Modern Means of Technology (the "E-Commerce Law"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this App/website are protected by applicable Federal Decree-Law No. 36/2021 on Trademark Law Act and Federal Decree-Law No. 38/2021 on Copy Right Act.

2. Use licence

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on KinzWin’s App/website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence, you may not :

This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by KinzWin at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the KinzWin App/website or to play our games, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App/website and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify KinzWin immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

You may make payments to us or other third parties from time to time in connection with the Platform. You agree that, in addition to any other relevant provisions of these terms, you will comply with all terms and conditions of the relevant payment service (whether the payment service provider is us or a third party). We are not liable for any transactions processed by third parties or any payments made to third parties, whether or not in connection with the relevant licenced Items. You agree to bear all costs and taxes associated with the Platform and that all prices and availability of the Platform may change from time to time. Unless otherwise provided in these terms of the services or required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, no virtual goods and virtual currency shall be refundable after purchase (whether used or unused) under any circumstances.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Spade Style Gaming LLC. or its content suppliers and protected by Federal Decree-Law No.38/2021 copyright laws. 6. Limitations

In no event shall Spade Style Gaming LLC. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on KinzWin’ s App/website, even if Spade Style Gaming LLC. or a Spade Style Gaming LLC’s authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Direct Marketing: You hereby agree that we may send you notifications for the purpose of informing you regarding our Services (offered by us and/or by third parties, if applicable) which may interest you and to send to you advertisements and other marketing material, transmitted to you through the Service using an internal notifications mechanism incorporated in the Service.

Advertising: We accept advertisements from third party advertisers. These advertisers are carefully selected to provide information about products and services that we think may be of interest to you. Note that if you click on any of these advertisements, these advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies, to collect non-personal and/or personal information about you. Any claim relating to KinzWin’ s App/website shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Spade Style Gaming LLC. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the changes are material, we will also post a notice that the Policy has been updated. Your use of a Site following the posting of an updated version of the Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy, so please check the Policy periodically to be sure you are still comfortable with its terms.
