POLICY ON PROHIBITION OF ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND OBSCENE CONTENT

At KinzWin, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. To maintain a positive and respectful community, we prohibit the use of abusive language and the sharing of obscene content within our app. This policy outlines the guidelines and consequences for violating these rules.

1. Prohibited Conduct

  1. Abusive Language: Users are prohibited from using abusive, offensive, threatening, or harassing language while using our app. This includes, but is not limited to, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, personal attacks, and bullying behaviour. Do not post, share, or send any content that depicts dangerous acts, self-injury, or suicide, nor provide any content that encourages other people to engage in such activities.

  2. Obscene Content: Users are prohibited from sharing or creating content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise offensive. This includes images, text, audio, video, or any other form of media that is deemed obscene or inappropriate by our moderation team.

  3. Harmful and Dangerous Entities: Users from terrorist and criminal organisations are strictly prohibited from using KinzWin App/Website. Do not use KinzWin App/Website to promote or support such organisations or individuals. Do not use KinzWin’s App/Website to sell or encourage the use of weapons, bombs, drugs, or any other regulated goods prohibited by local laws.

  4. Other prohibited activities:
  1. Interference with KinzWin's operation, hack its App/website or API, or bypass its measures to restrict user’s access.
  2. Try to make illegal profits and harm the interests of the platform by any other way to circumvent the rules of the platform.
  3. Distribution of files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  4. Maliciously apply for a refund after recharging and using virtual currency and subscription services, which will cause losses to the platform.
  5. Pretend to be KinzWin officials to trick users into making a fake recharge, etc.
  6. Usage of bug to implement behaviours that benefit, damage the game environment, or adversely affect other players
  7. Conduct account, virtual currency, or gift transactions with others without authorization.
  8. Usage of automated scripts to collect information from KinzWin’s App/Website.
  9. Purchase or obtain virtual currency and subscription services through channels that are not officially authorised by KinzWin.

2. Enforcement

  1. Reporting: Users who encounter abusive language or obscene content are encouraged to report it to our moderation team immediately. Reports can be submitted through the in-app “Contact us” feature or by contacting customer support.

  2. Investigation: Upon receiving a report, our moderation team will promptly investigate the alleged violation. This may involve reviewing chat logs, user-generated content, or other relevant information.

  3. Action: If a user is found to have violated our policy on abusive language or obscene content, appropriate action will be taken. This may include warning the user, temporary suspension of account privileges, or permanent ban from the app, depending on the severity of the violation.

3. Appeal Process

Users who believe they have been unfairly penalised for violating our policy may appeal the decision by contacting our customer support team. Appeals will be reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken based on the outcome of the review.

4. User Responsibility

All users are responsible for their conduct while using our app. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, users agree to abide by our policy on abusive language and obscene content. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action, up to and including account termination.

VIRTUAL POLICY

1. How to purchase virtual coins?

To get coins you can directly go to in-app purchases and select your preferred package of coins. Coins can also be earned by playing and winning the games and participating in challenges. Additionally, you receive coins as a reward daily. Spinning the wheel to try your luck and gain some coins is also a method used to have coins. An extra advertisement can be viewed once in a day to get an opportunity for spinning the wheel one more time.

2. How to acquire Diamonds?

You cannot directly purchase diamonds, but you can convert coins into diamonds by going to the shop section in the application.

3. How can users redeem real world prizes within the app?

A user will start his journey by spending money to get virtual gold coins that can be used in the application to play against each other. The moment a user thinks he/she has accumulated enough coins, he/she can go to the shop section to convert his/her coins into diamonds. Once this conversion is done, he/she can redeem these diamonds against the prizes available in our shop. Two different types of prizes are gifts and vouchers :

Gifts (Mobile phones, Speakers, Laptops, Play consoles, Apparels etc). Prerequisite to claim these items is to fill a form within the application where we will be asking user details like name, contact number, email address, delivery location etc. Once the user and his/her information is validated, our team will initiate the order process with the help of a 3rd party to make sure the product is safely delivered at the user's address.

Vouchers (KinzWin has associated with YOUGotagift to get access of Egift card service) A user will have to fill a form to give details like name, mobile number, and email address so that an Egift card can be sent to the user via email from YOUGotagift where he/she will get his/her requested voucher which will be redeemable at 250+ brands within UAE.

There are no limits on how many prizes you can claim with diamonds. You can claim as many prizes as you like, based on the number of diamonds you have accumulated.

4. What happens if I don't have enough diamonds to claim a prize?

If you don't have enough diamonds to claim a prize, you can exchange coins for diamonds. If you have insufficient coins, you can earn coins by playing games with other users, or you can also purchase coins through our in-app purchase option to acquire the necessary diamonds for claiming the prize.

5. Are there any limits on how many prizes I can claim with diamonds?

No, there are no limits on how many prizes you can claim with diamonds. You can claim as many prizes as you like, based on the number of diamonds you have accumulated.
